Kolache Factory's four-week training program is held in Houston ,TX. This intensive, hands-on program involves two separate, two-week training sessions that take place over a six-week period. During this time, we will provide training to you and your store manager, and cover a wide range of subjects including, but not limited to: personnel, store operations, sanitation and equipment, internal accounting systems, food preparation, customer service, marketing, inventory control, quality control and POS cash register systems.

In addition to providing you with a sample set of plans and mechanical, electrical and plumbing specifications for a typical store, we will furnish you with a list of furniture, fixtures, equipment and sign items to be installed in your store.
We will also work with your architect or general contractor to ensure that they follow procedure when building-out or equipping your bakery-cafe.

Kolache Factory will send an operations specialist to your bakery-cafe for the first five days that it is operational, as well as provide you with a thorough Operations Manual.
Our operations assistant will assist you in getting your bakery-cafe up and running , and work closely with you and your staff to ensure a smooth transition period.
As
part of this program, we offer our franchisees creative and highly
effective materials that are designed to enhance brand awareness,
establish our company's positioning, encourage product trial, increase
customer loyalty and generate bakery-café sales.
There

assist our franchisees
in building their store within their
community, from marketing and advertising support,
community partnerships, innovative communications tools, ongoing
creative improvements, to grand opening
