Technomic finds consumers fueling growth in this fast casual sub-segment by visiting bakery cafes in larger numbers and by becoming frequent customers once they do visit. Seventy-one percent of consumers have now visited a bakery cafe, up from 43 percent in 2008, and nearly three quarters of those consumers say they visit bakery cafe concepts at least once a month.
Kolache Factory's four-week training program is held in Houston ,TX. Our intensive, hands-on program involves two separate, two-week training sessions that take place over a six-week period.
During this time, we will provide training to you and your store manager, and cover a wide range of subjects including, but not limited to: personnel, store operations, sanitation and equipment, internal accounting systems, food preparation, customer service, marketing, inventory control, quality control and POS cash register systems.

Kolache Factory will work with you in identifying a favorable site, as well as the design and equipment specs.
During the site search, we will assit you with locating a real estate broker who can provide support with lease negotiations.
In addition to providing you with a sample set of plans and mechanical, electrical and plumbing specifications for a typical store, we will furnish you with a list of furniture, fixtures, equipment and sign items to be installed in your store.
We will also work with your architect or general contractor to ensure that they follow procedure when building-out or equipping your bakery-cafe.
