Franchise Sales Director, Aaron Nielsen, sold a multi-unit Kolache Factory franchise for Cincinnati, OH on March 28th, 2010 to Dwight Retting of Houston and his brother Scott Retting of Cincinnati. Scott plan to run and manage the three locations. Plans are to open all units within the next 24 months.

KTVI’s Tim Ezell wanted to find out what a kolache was, so he visited Kolache Factory’s Brentwood location to find out firsthand. Kolache Factory franchisee Jill Coco was interviewed by KTVI’s Tim Ezell and showed viewers how to make an Italian Chicken Kolache, a favorite of many customers.
