New Coffee Mill Concept Launches

Innovative barista features premium coffee products & other specialties.

Kolache Factory, a recognized leader in unique quality food offerings, is pleased to announce that its Chimney Rock location is now home to the innovative Coffee Mill concept. Coffee Mill is a full service coffee bar. The newly renovated location, at 2715 Chimney Rock in Houston, features premium espresso, coffees, specialty coffee drinks, teas, desserts, as well as free Wi-Fi for customers.

This new, innovative concept, providing customers with additional food and drink offerings, is a first for Kolache Factory. The company has considered expanding into the specialty coffee market for the past couple of years, and its Chimney Rock location was the perfect location to launch this unique offering. Now, customers can enjoy their favorite kolaches and their choice of specialty coffee, without making two stops.

The freshly baked kolaches served at Kolache Factory are a modern variation of the pastry roll that originated in Eastern Europe centuries ago. Kolache Factory’s logo and tag line, “A History of Good Taste” are representative of the homemade quality and craftsmanship that makes its product so unique.

Kolache Factory was founded in 1982, is privately owned and operated, and ships its products nationwide. There are currently 16 company-owned and six franchise stores in the Houston, TX area. Additional locations outside of Houston are in Indianapolis, IN; Denver, CO; St. Louis, MO; Overland Park, KS; Beaumont, TX and Austin, TX. Coffee Mill is located at 2715 Chimney Rock, and is open Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.; and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. They are considering expanding the hours soon to accommodate the late afternoon crowd.
