Modern Baking magazine recently ranked Kolache Factory as the 43^rd largest foodservice bakery operation in the United States. Modern Baking’s Top 50 foodservice bakery operators are ranked according to their unit numbers. They bake in-house and offer bakery products for retail sale.

In addition, Franchise Times magazine listed Kolache Factory as one of the top 20 bakery-cafes to watch.
