Franchise Continues Expansion During 30th Anniversary Year

First Location in Dallas Market

Houston, TX (Sept. 11, 2012) - Kolache Factory celebrates the grand opening of its newest bakery located at 1217 Coit Road in Plano, TX. This is the first Kolache Factory to open near the Dallas area and will feature homemade pastries filled with a variety of the finest ingredients, such as meats, cheeses and fruits, as well as, offer a full service coffee bar, free Wi-Fi and a convenient drive-thru. The Plano location is owned and operated by Peter Kang. While this is Kang’s first franchise opening, he has active plans to open multiple locations in and around the Dallas market.

“Even though this is the first Kolache Factory location in the Dallas area, the company has an established market presence in Texas and has been around for 30 years,” said Peter Kang. “We plan to be an active part of the Plano community and look forward to providing a great food option for breakfast and lunch.”

Stores are open Monday through Saturday, from 6:00am – 2:00pm, and on Sundays from 7:00am – 2:00pm. Kolache Factory was founded in Houston in 1982, is privately owned and operated, and ships its products nationwide.
